Just a small sample of the many services we provide…
The consultation is the most important part of the program. Peter recommends that everyone books in for a consultation when they start their journey with us.
In order to get the best results for you, we need to understand your goals, wants and needs. On top of that, we need to understand how you are performing. The assessments carried out will give us, and you, a clear understanding of what may be stopping you from reaching your full potential. For example: If we find that your pelvis is tilted anteriorly, then we know that you will have postural issues and possibly mobility issues. From this, we will be able to plan accordingly to resolve this issue.
These consultations are conducted online via a video call and take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
If you would like to meet Peter in-person, he also runs clinics nationwide and abroad on a regular basis which include assessment, treatment and programming. You can contact him direct for further details including upcoming dates and locations.
If you feel that you will benefit more from private training sessions/semi-private training sessions or private school sessions, then we can do this for you. These sessions are conducted to suit your schedule including days and times.

We have been conducting online classes since 2020 for dancers worldwide. These classes run weekly via Zoom and are approximately 40-60 minutes in length depending on the subjects covered. We conduct open classes for our members and private sessions for small groups and large schools also.
Our sessions are carefully planned, specific for Irish dancers and include scientifically proven and tested material.
Our workshops and seminars are conducted both online and in-person. Our workshops and seminars differ depending on the wants and needs of the clients. We can conduct 1-3 full day seminars or we can break it down into 1 hour sessions, the choice is yours.
To date we have conducted workshops and seminars in the following locations:
Ireland, UK, Germany, Czech Rep, Netherlands, Australia, Canada and the US.
These sessions included the following subjects: Teacher training, Movement Preparation, S&C for Irish dancing, Competition Preparations, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Dance Performance Faults, Explanations and Resolutions in detail.
During sessions, you can expect to receive personal feedback in order to help you get the most from your training efforts. Our highly qualified and experienced coaches will be with you every step of the way.
Equipment used will differ depending on the session but here are your essentials:
Therabands x 3 strengths, Loop Bands x 3 strengths, A long dowel / brush handle or similar, a foam roller, a massage ball, a swiss ball / gym ball, an exercise step.
Here is what you can expect when you join our online sessions…
Sessions usually last approximately 45 minutes but may be more or less depending on the subjects covered and the intensity of the session.
Your consultations are conducted via Zoom and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Only a theraband is needed to complete the assessments. You will be asked to set up your device so it is hands-free. Shorts and t-short must be worn for better visibility. All consultations must be requested by contacting your head coach.
