We have been conducting online classes since 2020 for dancers worldwide. These classes run weekly via Zoom and are approximately 40-60 minutes in length depending on the subjects covered. We conduct open classes for our members and also private sessions for small groups and large schools.
Our workshops and seminars are conducted both online and in-person. Our workshops and seminars differ depending on the wants and needs of the clients. We can conduct 1-3 full day seminars or we can break it down into 1 hour sessions, the choice is yours.
To date we have conducted workshops and seminars in the following locations:
Ireland, UK, Germany, Czech Rep, Netherlands, Australia, Canada and the US.
These sessions included the following subjects: Teacher training, Movement Preparation, S&C for Irish dancing, Competition Preparations, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Dance Performance Faults, Explanations and Resolutions in detail.
Consultations are the most important part of our program. Peter recommends that everyone books in for their consultation when starting their journey with us. In order to get the best results for you, we need to understand your goals, wants and needs and we must also help you by identifying areas which may be affecting your performance. These consultations are conducted online via a video call and take approximately 15 minutes to complete. We also run in person clinics nationwide and abroad on a regular basis which include assessment, treatment and programming.
If you feel that you will benefit more from private group training sessions/semi-private training sessions or private school sessions then we can do this for you. These sessions are conducted to suit your schedule including days and times. Get in contact with us to arrange your private training.
The consultation is the most important part of the program. Peter recommends that everyone books in for a consultation when they start their journey with us.
In order to get the best results for you, we need to understand your goals, wants and needs. On top of that, we need to understand how you are performing. The assessments carried out will give us, and you, a clear understanding of what may be stopping you from reaching your full potential. For example: If we find that your pelvis is tilted anteriorly, then we know that you will have postural issues and possibly mobility issues. From this, we will be able to plan accordingly to resolve this issue.
These consultations are conducted online via a video call and take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
If you would like to meet Peter in-person, he also runs clinics nationwide and abroad on a regular basis which include assessment, treatment and programming. You can contact him direct for further details including upcoming dates and locations.
